WOMEN OF WEALTH (WOW!) ACHIEVEMENT AWARD NOMINATIONS
Women in business and service to others recgonized for excellence, impact and community involvement
AUGUSTA, GA - The Moretta Economic Development Corporation and Welcome HOME Report Media Group, LLC are pleased to announce the call for 2011 - 2012 Women of Wealth Achievement Awards nominations. Selected candidates will be honored at WOW! empowerment and conference events in cities throughout the USA, Stylish Attitudes Magazine and online at http://www.StylishAttitudes.com. The empowerment award theme is, "Your Home. Your Wealth. You!" and represents a holistic approach to women's leadership, empowerment and well-being.
WOW! nominees are influential women who personify the heart and soul of homes, businesses, workplaces and communities. She exemplifies leadership, builds upon the accomplishments of right direction while creating pathways of opportunities for the next generation. Women of Wealth are inspirational and embrace what's possible in her own life and while making a positive difference and impact in the lives of others. The WOW Award is an opportunity to celebrate professional achievements, community involvement and accomplishments at SYSTER conferences and in settings that bring attendees together to connect for inspiration, education, and share knowledge around community, wellness and economic well-being.
Women of Wealth (WOW!) events offer multi-cultural women resources, opportunities and programs to equip attendees with the tools and information needed to build wealth through entrepreneurial ventures, homeownership and community economic development. The signature experience is a platform for individuals to also connect with agencies and community leaders to achieve common goals related to community self-suffienciency through training, education, resources and development.
WOW! Women of Wealth Awards are open to women from all walks of life in the public, private or nonprofit sectors including busniess owners, senior executives and military service women / women veterans. Self-nominations are encouraged and welcomed. Nomination packets must include a cover letter complete with the nominee's contact information and biographical summary. The summary should highlight the nominee's professional accomplishments and community involvement in any of the following categories: Arts, Civil/Non-profit, Business and Commerce, Education, Environmental, Health, Humanitarian, Law Enforcement / Public Service, Senior, Technology, Youth.
